By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All content, software, and materials provided through the service are owned by or licensed to FrostDesk. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended purposes. You may not: copy, modify, or distribute our software; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use our intellectual property without permission.

If you submit or upload content to the service, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant FrostDesk a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrostDesk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the previous 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice through the website or service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
